You can expect to receive your custom-made table pad within 3-4 weeks. We work diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status and estimated arrival date.

To place an order, simply complete our table pad shop form on our website. Our calculator will provide the cost of your custom table pad based on the details you enter. Once payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your pad’s delivery.

If you are ordering a table pad for an oval, boat-shaped, or curved table, we will mail you tracing paper with detailed instructions for creating the pattern. If your table has rounded corners you can follow our simple instructional steps on the measuring page. Once you’ve completed the pattern, you will need to mail it back to us to ensure your custom table pad is made to fit perfectly.

In the Table Shape section of the ordering page, we indicate which shapes require a pattern. Once you submit an order, we will send you an email confirming that a pattern is required and informing you that we will be mailing you our tracing pattern. These patterns will include instructions on how to trace them. Once completed, you will need to mail the tracing pattern back to us.
